How Artwork Moves Through a Project
- 1When you submit your project, the configurator asks where your artwork stands and lets you name the file you're sending. No payment is required to submit.
- 2If you have a print-ready file, send it to our team after submitting and we place it on your selected packaging.
- 3If you only have a logo, we prepare the packaging layout for you — logo placement, spacing and proportion handled to the product.
- 4If you need full design help, continue without artwork and tell us what you're after. We'll come back with a direction.
- 5You receive a digital mockup showing logo placement, spelling, layout and colours before anything is printed.
- 6You approve it or request changes. Production does not begin until you're satisfied with what you see.
Getting Your File Right
A few things make the process faster, though none of them are required to submit:
- Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) reproduce cleanly at any print size
- Keep text as outlines or tell us the fonts if you have them
- Send the version of your logo intended for light or dark backgrounds
- Include Pantone or CMYK colour references if brand colour accuracy matters
- If your design wraps around a cup or bag, tell us so we allow for the wrap
Print areas and dielines vary by product and size. We confirm the printable dimensions for your exact packaging during artwork review rather than publishing a generic template that may not match.
