Three Constructions, Three Different Cups
The construction decides whether a sleeve is needed, how much of the cup is printable, and how the drink feels in the hand. Pick the one that matches your service.

Custom Double-Wall Hot Cups
Two paper walls with an insulating air gap. No sleeve needed, and the whole outer wall stays available for full-wrap artwork.
Best for
Cafés that want a sleeve-free handoff and maximum print area

Custom Ripple-Wall Hot Cups
A corrugated outer wrap that insulates through texture. The most tactile and distinctive cup on a counter.
Best for
Craft cafés and specialty roasters whose brand reads artisan

Custom Single-Wall Hot Cups
One layer of paper — the most economical hot cup, served with a printed sleeve that becomes a second branded surface.
Best for
High-volume operations where cost per cup and sleeve branding matter

The short version: single-wall costs least and gives you a sleeve to print; double-wall gives you the largest uninterrupted print surface; ripple-wall gives you the most distinctive hand-feel.
| Single-Wall | Double-Wall | Ripple-Wall | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Construction | One layer of paper board | Two walls with an air gap | Corrugated outer wrap |
| Sleeve needed | Yes, for hot drinks | No | No |
| Outer surface | Smooth, partly covered by the sleeve | Smooth and fully printable | Ridged and textured |
| Branded surfaces per drink | Two — cup and sleeve | One continuous wrap | One textured wrap |
| Best print result | Bold, simple artwork | Fine detail and full wrap | Bold shapes and high contrast |
| Typical choice | High-volume service | Most cafés and chains | Craft and specialty brands |

Production Time and Shipping Time Are Different
Production time is the time required to manufacture your packaging. Transit time is the time required to transport it to you. These are separate — a production window is not a delivery date, and every project's timeline is confirmed with your final quote.
Express
Best when speed matters most. Faster transportation may be available depending on the product, quantity, manufacturing location, shipment size, destination and carrier availability. Express transportation can cost significantly more than standard, and an exact transit time is confirmed with your freight quote.
Standard
Best when you want a balance between delivery cost and transit time. Standard freight is generally the more economical option when your schedule allows additional flexibility. Actual transit time and freight cost are confirmed with your final quote.
Large-volume freight
Larger orders are not handled as ordinary parcel shipments. Depending on size and destination this may involve palletized freight, LTL, air, ocean, partial-container (LCL) or full-container (FCL) arrangements. YaSeen determines the appropriate method for your actual project and quotes it accordingly.
Not sure
If you are unsure, our team will recommend the option that best fits your deadline, quantity and destination once your project has been reviewed.
