Custom Cup Carriers

Branded carriers for multi-drink takeout and delivery

Starting around$0.280/eaConfigure for your price

A cup carrier holds multiple drinks upright in one hand. It is the piece of packaging that makes a multi-drink order portable — two coffees on a morning run, a four-drink delivery order, a family round from a drive-thru. Because it is carried in full view from your counter to wherever the drinks are going, it is also one of the most public surfaces your brand gets.

About Custom Cup Carriers

A cup carrier is a tray with cut-out wells that holds multiple drinks upright and stable in one hand. Carriers are usually built from a moulded material or from folded board, and the format is chosen to match how many drinks a typical order contains at your business.

The practical requirements are straightforward but important: the wells have to match your cup diameter, the base has to stay rigid while loaded, and the whole thing has to survive being carried out a door and set down in a car. A carrier that flexes or lets cups lean defeats the point.

The branding case is unusually strong. A carrier is carried at chest height, in the open, often past a queue of people — it is one of the few pieces of packaging that gets a moving audience rather than a seated one.

Carrier Capacities

Carrier format is usually decided by how many drinks your average multi-drink order contains. If you want us to recommend one, tell us what a typical order looks like.

Fit & Stability

The cut-out wells have to match the diameter of the cups you actually use, and cup diameters vary between sizes and suppliers. Fit is confirmed against your cups before manufacturing rather than assumed from a nominal size.

  • Tell us your cup sizes, or send cups and we will match to them.
  • Ordering carriers with cups removes the compatibility question.
  • Base rigidity is confirmed for a fully loaded carrier.
  • Hot and cold cup compatibility confirmed where both are used.

Printing & Brand Coverage

A carrier has several printable surfaces — the flat walls, the carry handle, and the base edge — and they can be used together or selectively.

  • Logo on the carrier walls — the most visible treatment.
  • Printed handle — seen by the person carrying, which is often the buyer.
  • Full-panel artwork across the flat surfaces.
  • Brand colour matching — colour-matched carriers with no logo.
  • Printed base edge or underside for a surprise placement.

Delivery & Drive-Thru

Carriers matter most in operations where drinks leave the counter without a tray beneath them — drive-thru windows, delivery handoffs, and large to-go orders. If that describes your service, mention it in your project notes: it affects the rigidity and format recommendation.

For delivery specifically, the carrier often sits inside a bag for the journey, so the strength of the base matters more than the handle.

How Pricing Works

Custom packaging is quoted per project rather than sold at a list price, because the cost depends on the material, the size, how much print coverage your artwork uses, any additional features, and the quantity you run.

Larger runs lower the cost per unit, which is why we quote across volume tiers instead of a single flat figure. Submit your configuration and a specialist returns pricing for your exact combination, including what the price covers — product, printing, accessories, freight, and artwork setup.

Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantity varies by product and specification, and is confirmed with your quote. It depends on the material, the size, and the print setup your artwork requires — a run that shares a plate or a die can start smaller than one that does not.

Tell us your target quantity in the configurator and we will confirm the actual minimum for your build.

Artwork Requirements

For the cleanest print result, supply vector artwork. Vector files scale to any size without losing edge quality, which matters when the same logo prints across a range of products in your line.

  • Preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF — vector formats.
  • Acceptable: PNG or JPG at high resolution.
  • If you only have your logo, we can prepare the packaging layout for you.
  • A color reference — hex code, Pantone number, or a physical sample — helps us match accurately.

Production & Delivery

This product is custom manufactured after you approve the design and pricing — it is not pulled from stock. The sequence is: configure your specifications, receive a free digital mockup, approve the design and pricing, manufacturing begins, then the completed order is delivered nationwide.

Production timing and freight depend on the product, quantity, and your delivery location, so they are confirmed as part of your quote rather than estimated here.

Reordering

Because your specifications and approved artwork are recorded against your order, reordering is a matter of confirming your previous configuration and quantity — you do not need to rebuild the specification from scratch. Tell a specialist you are reordering and reference your previous project.

Frequently Asked Questions

What carrier sizes are available?+
Two, four, and six cup formats are the most common, and other formats can be requested. Tell us what a typical order looks like and we will recommend one.
Will the carriers fit my cups?+
The wells are matched to your cup diameter and fit is confirmed before manufacturing. Tell us your cup sizes or send a sample, and ordering carriers with cups removes the question entirely.
Can I print my logo on the carriers?+
Yes. The walls, handle, and base edge are all printable, in one-side, two-side, or full-panel coverage. A digital mockup is provided before production.
Are the carriers sturdy enough for loaded drinks?+
Base rigidity is confirmed for a fully loaded carrier, and format is recommended against how many drinks your orders typically contain. If delivery or drive-thru is a large share of your business, tell us in your project notes.
Do the carriers work for hot and cold cups?+
Tell us which cups you use. Well sizing is matched to your cups, and compatibility across both hot and cold is confirmed with your quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ depends on the format and printing, and is confirmed with your quote. We do not publish an unverified minimum.
How much do custom cup carriers cost?+
Pricing depends on format, material, print coverage, and quantity, so we quote across volume tiers. Submit your configuration for pricing on your exact combination.
Do you ship nationwide?+
Yes — completed orders are delivered to businesses across the United States, with freight calculated as part of your quote.
Can I order carriers with my cups and lids?+
Yes. Carriers are commonly ordered alongside cups, lids, napkins, and straws so one delivery covers the whole drink service.
What file format should my logo be in?+
Vector files are best — AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG also works, and if you only have a logo file we can prepare the carrier layout for you.

Production Time and Shipping Time Are Different

Production time is the time required to manufacture your packaging. Transit time is the time required to transport it to you. These are separate — a production window is not a delivery date, and every project's timeline is confirmed with your final quote.

Express

Best when speed matters most. Faster transportation may be available depending on the product, quantity, manufacturing location, shipment size, destination and carrier availability. Express transportation can cost significantly more than standard, and an exact transit time is confirmed with your freight quote.

Standard

Best when you want a balance between delivery cost and transit time. Standard freight is generally the more economical option when your schedule allows additional flexibility. Actual transit time and freight cost are confirmed with your final quote.

Large-volume freight

Larger orders are not handled as ordinary parcel shipments. Depending on size and destination this may involve palletized freight, LTL, air, ocean, partial-container (LCL) or full-container (FCL) arrangements. YaSeen determines the appropriate method for your actual project and quotes it accordingly.
