Minimum order quantities vary by size, material, and printing requirements. Configure your product or request pricing for the current production minimum on the specification you need — the same product in two sizes can carry two different minimums.
Why printing affects the minimum
Printing is a setup-driven process: plates, colour matching, and press time are partly fixed regardless of how many units run. A one-colour logo on a standard format carries a lower minimum than a multi-colour design with full coverage, because the setup is spread across more units. Tell us your print requirements and we'll confirm what's practical.
How volume pricing works
Unit cost falls as quantity rises, because fixed setup and freight are spread across more units. Pricing is quoted in tiers against your quantity, so larger orders receive stronger unit economics. For very large runs, request volume pricing and we'll quote the tiers that apply.
What a quote includes
Your quote states what it covers — product, printing, lids or accessories, freight, and any artwork setup or sample cost. Where something is quoted separately, it's listed separately rather than folded into a headline number, so you can compare options on the same basis.
Production and delivery timing
Custom packaging is manufactured after your artwork and specifications are approved, not pulled from stock. Production schedules and freight timelines depend on the product, quantity, and season, so your specialist confirms timing with your quote rather than quoting a blanket lead time.
