The Ten Steps
1. Project received
We receive your specifications, quantity, artwork and delivery information.
You pick the product, size, material, printing and quantity that fit your operation, tell us what you're packaging, and submit your project. No payment is taken at this stage.
2. Project review
Our team reviews the packaging requirements and verifies production and delivery details.
Our team checks your specifications against what can actually be manufactured for your product and quantity, confirms compatibility of any matched items, and reviews your artwork or your request for design help.
3. Final quote
You receive confirmed pricing, applicable freight, payment terms and an estimated timeline.

4. Secure payment
If you choose to proceed, you receive approved payment instructions or a secure invoice.

Your artwork is prepared and reviewed for the packaging you selected.

Where Payment Fits In
Nothing is charged when you submit a project. Submitting starts a review. YaSeen verifies your specifications, artwork, supplier and manufacturing requirements, production timeline, freight, delivery destination and final selling price — and only then issues a quote.
Payment happens after you review and accept that quote. Terms can vary by project and may include a deposit with the balance due before shipment, or full payment before production.
