Payment Terms & Order Approval

A custom packaging order is a manufacturing project, not a checkout. Here is exactly how pricing is confirmed, how approval works, and when money actually changes hands.

No payment required to submit your project. Your online estimate is not an invoice — YaSeen reviews your specifications, artwork, quantity and delivery requirements before confirming final pricing and payment terms.

Three Stages, In Order

1. You submit a project

Your configuration, quantity, artwork status and delivery details come to our team. No payment information is collected and nothing is charged at this point.

2. We confirm pricing and terms

You receive confirmed pricing for your exact configuration, applicable freight to your ZIP code, and the payment terms for that project — which may be a deposit with the balance before shipment, or full payment before production.

3. You approve the quote and artwork

Nothing goes to production until you have accepted the quote and signed off on the digital proof of your artwork. If either needs to change, we revise before anything is manufactured.

What Changes Your Final Price

The estimate you see while configuring is based on product, quantity and the options you selected. Final pricing can move when any of the following change, which is why we confirm it before production rather than charging from an estimate:

  • Quantity — larger runs lower the unit cost
  • Printing method, number of colours and placement
  • Material, coating and barrier requirements
  • Matched accessories such as lids, sleeves or labels
  • Freight to your ZIP code and delivery method
  • Artwork preparation, if we are creating the layout
