Frequently Asked Questions
The questions businesses ask most often before starting a custom packaging project. Where an answer genuinely depends on your product, quantity or delivery destination, we say so rather than give you a figure that might not hold.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
Minimums depend on the product, the material and the printing method, because they are set by how the item is manufactured rather than by a rule we apply across the board. Each product page shows the quantity tiers that product is quoted in, and your quote confirms the minimum for your exact configuration. If your volume sits below a published tier, ask — sometimes a different material or print method opens up a lower minimum.
How does pricing work?+
Configure your product and you'll see an estimated price per unit and an estimated order total. That figure is an estimate based on the product, quantity and options you chose. Your confirmed price comes with your quote, after we've verified your exact specification, artwork and delivery ZIP. Estimated pricing only. Final pricing may vary based on specifications, artwork, printing, quantity, production requirements, freight and delivery location. YaSeen confirms final pricing before production.
Is anything charged when I submit a project?+
No. Submitting a project is free and creates no obligation. Nothing is charged until you have reviewed and accepted a confirmed quote for your exact order.
Can I print my logo and brand colours?+
Yes — custom printing is the point of the whole process. Send print-ready vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), send just your logo, or ask for design help and we'll prepare the packaging layout for you. Brand colour matching is confirmed during artwork review.
Is the digital mockup really free?+
Yes. Every project includes a free digital mockup showing logo placement, layout and colours before production. You approve it — or ask for changes — and nothing is printed until you're satisfied with what you see.
Are lids included with cups?+
Cups and lids are quoted as separate lines so you can order exactly what you need. Lids can usually be produced as a matched set with your cups, and lid-to-cup compatibility is confirmed before manufacturing rather than assumed from a nominal size. If you already hold compatible lids, select "cups only" and we'll skip them.
How long does manufacturing take?+
Production time depends on the product, quantity, printing method and where your artwork stands. Rather than publish a figure that wouldn't hold across every product, your quote states the estimated production window for your specific order. Production time and transit time are separate.
Do you ship nationwide?+
Yes — orders ship nationwide. Freight is quoted to your delivery ZIP code and depends on shipment size, weight, carton count and the speed of service you choose. Multi-location operators can have a single project delivered to several destinations.
Can I request a physical sample?+
You can request samples, and availability depends on the product — we confirm what is available for the item you're considering. Any sample credit toward a future order is confirmed at the time you request, never assumed. A free digital mockup is provided on every project regardless.
Can I order several products together?+
Yes, and it usually works in your favour. Adding matched items — lids with cups, sleeves with hot cups, labels with bottles — keeps the whole project with one supplier, one artwork review and one delivery. Tell us the full list when you submit and we'll quote it as a project.
Do you offer volume pricing?+
Larger runs carry a lower unit cost, which is why every product shows quantity tiers with the estimated unit price at each level. For very large volumes — high-volume runs are handled as freight projects — request volume pricing and we'll prepare a tiered quote.
Can you store or schedule delivery of a large order?+
High-volume orders are scheduled as freight projects with an agreed delivery date rather than shipped the moment they're finished. If you need a specific delivery window, tell us when you submit — it's one of the questions the configurator asks. Warehousing terms vary by project and are confirmed with your quote.
How do repeat orders work?+
Your approved specifications and artwork stay on file, so reordering is a matter of telling us the quantity and any changes you want. You don't re-specify the product, re-send artwork or re-approve a layout that hasn't changed.
What file format should I provide for my logo?+
Vector files reproduce best: AI, EPS, SVG or a print-ready PDF. PNG, JPG and JPEG work if that's what you have — we can prepare the packaging layout from a logo file. If you have no artwork at all, continue without one and tell us what you're after.
Are your products in stock?+
Most products are custom manufactured after you approve the design and the applicable payment, rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. That's what makes full customisation possible. Nothing is ever described as in stock or ready to ship unless it genuinely is.
Who is behind YaSeen Packaging?+
YaSeen Packaging is powered by YaSeen WholeSale. The business supplies custom packaging and the frequently reordered restaurant essentials that go with it — cups, bags, containers, napkins, labels and more — so customers can consolidate suppliers.
