Artwork & Printing
What you send us determines how well your packaging prints. This guide covers the file types we work with and what happens between your artwork and the finished product.
Vector files give the best results
Vector artwork — AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF — is built from mathematical paths, so it scales to any size without losing sharpness. That matters on packaging, where a logo might print at a few centimetres on a label and across an entire bag on the same order. If you have a vector version of your logo, always send that.
Raster files work, within limits
PNG and JPG files are made of pixels. They print fine at the size they were created for, but enlarging them softens edges and can make type look blurry. If a raster file is all you have, send the highest-resolution version available — larger is almost always better than smaller.
No artwork yet? You have options
Plenty of customers come to us with only a logo, or with nothing but a business name and a colour in mind. Tell us which situation you're in when you configure your product — we'll either prepare the packaging layout around the logo you have, or contact you to collect what's needed before production starts.
You approve a mockup before anything is manufactured
Every custom order includes a free digital mockup showing how your artwork will sit on the finished product. Nothing goes into production until you've seen it and approved it, so there are no surprises on the pallet.
