Custom Cup Sleeves
Printed sleeves — insulation and a second branded surface
Starting around$0.100/eaConfigure for your priceA cup sleeve is a printed band that wraps the middle of a hot cup. It does two jobs: it insulates the hand from a hot paper wall, and it adds a second printed surface to every drink you serve. On a single-wall cup the sleeve is the largest area the customer actually touches, which makes it one of the most effective pieces of packaging a café can print.

- Sized to your existing hot cups — fit confirmed before manufacturing

About Custom Cup Sleeves
A sleeve is a strip of paper board scored and formed into a band that slides over a cup and grips it. It sits where a hand sits, which is why it insulates — and why it is seen more closely than any other part of the drink.
That positioning is the branding argument. On a single-wall cup, the wall behind the sleeve is partly hidden during use, so the sleeve becomes the surface the customer reads while they drink, carries the cup across a room, and sits at a table. Printing it is usually the single highest-visibility packaging decision a café makes.
Sleeves can be ordered on their own if you already source cups, or together with cups so both are produced to the same specification with matched colours and delivered in one shipment.
Fit & Compatibility
Sleeves are sized to the cup they will be used on. Sizes are nominal, and a sleeve from one supplier will not necessarily fit a cup from another even when both are labelled for the same cup size — so fit is confirmed against your actual cup before manufacturing rather than assumed.
- Tell us your cup size, or send a cup and we will match to it.
- Standard sleeve sizing covers 8 oz through 24 oz hot cups.
- Alternative sizes are confirmed with your quote.
- Ordering sleeves with your cups removes the compatibility question entirely.
Material & Construction
Sleeves are made from paper board, formed and scored to hold their shape on the cup. Board weight, surface, and any coating affect both how the sleeve holds and how your print reads.
- Standard board — the common choice, holds shape well on the cup.
- Heavier board — a firmer, more substantial hand-feel.
- Coated surface — sharper print detail and colour.
- Uncoated kraft — a natural, tactile finish that suits craft brands.
Printing & Brand Coverage
A sleeve is a long, narrow surface, which shapes how artwork should be built for it. A logo centred once on the band, a repeated mark running around it, or a phrase that wraps the full circumference all work — but they are different designs and they read differently.
Full-wrap coverage is common, and a border or edge treatment at the top and bottom of the band helps the print frame the cup cleanly.
- One-side printing — a single logo or graphic panel.
- Two-side printing — artwork repeated on opposite sides.
- Full wrap — artwork continues around the whole sleeve.
- Brand colour matching — colour-matched sleeves with or without a logo.
Why Print the Sleeve and the Cup
Cafés that print both usually treat them as one composition rather than two products — the cup carries one element and the sleeve carries another, or the two share a palette. Done well it reads as a considered brand system; done without coordination it reads as two different suppliers.
Ordering both together means they are produced to the same specification and the colours are matched in one run, which is the reliable way to get that coordination.
How Pricing Works
Custom packaging is quoted per project rather than sold at a list price, because the cost depends on the material, the size, how much print coverage your artwork uses, any additional features, and the quantity you run.
Larger runs lower the cost per unit, which is why we quote across volume tiers instead of a single flat figure. Submit your configuration and a specialist returns pricing for your exact combination, including what the price covers — product, printing, accessories, freight, and artwork setup.
Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order quantity varies by product and specification, and is confirmed with your quote. It depends on the material, the size, and the print setup your artwork requires — a run that shares a plate or a die can start smaller than one that does not.
Tell us your target quantity in the configurator and we will confirm the actual minimum for your build.
Artwork Requirements
For the cleanest print result, supply vector artwork. Vector files scale to any size without losing edge quality, which matters when the same logo prints across a range of products in your line.
- Preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF — vector formats.
- Acceptable: PNG or JPG at high resolution.
- If you only have your logo, we can prepare the packaging layout for you.
- A color reference — hex code, Pantone number, or a physical sample — helps us match accurately.
Production & Delivery
This product is custom manufactured after you approve the design and pricing — it is not pulled from stock. The sequence is: configure your specifications, receive a free digital mockup, approve the design and pricing, manufacturing begins, then the completed order is delivered nationwide.
Production timing and freight depend on the product, quantity, and your delivery location, so they are confirmed as part of your quote rather than estimated here.
Reordering
Because your specifications and approved artwork are recorded against your order, reordering is a matter of confirming your previous configuration and quantity — you do not need to rebuild the specification from scratch. Tell a specialist you are reordering and reference your previous project.

Production Time and Shipping Time Are Different
Production time is the time required to manufacture your packaging. Transit time is the time required to transport it to you. These are separate — a production window is not a delivery date, and every project's timeline is confirmed with your final quote.
Express
Best when speed matters most. Faster transportation may be available depending on the product, quantity, manufacturing location, shipment size, destination and carrier availability. Express transportation can cost significantly more than standard, and an exact transit time is confirmed with your freight quote.
Standard
Best when you want a balance between delivery cost and transit time. Standard freight is generally the more economical option when your schedule allows additional flexibility. Actual transit time and freight cost are confirmed with your final quote.
Large-volume freight
Larger orders are not handled as ordinary parcel shipments. Depending on size and destination this may involve palletized freight, LTL, air, ocean, partial-container (LCL) or full-container (FCL) arrangements. YaSeen determines the appropriate method for your actual project and quotes it accordingly.
