Repeat Ordering

Most custom packaging isn't bought once. It's bought every few weeks or months, and the second order should be far easier than the first.

Your specification stays on file

Once we've produced an order, we keep the approved artwork and the specification that went with it — size, material, print configuration. When you reorder, that becomes the starting point rather than something you have to reconstruct from memory.

Repeat runs match the previous run

Colour drift between runs is what makes a brand look inconsistent on the shelf. Keeping approved artwork on file is how packaging ordered six months apart still looks like it came from the same supplier — and the same brand.

Reordering several products at once

Cups, lids, bags, and containers rarely run out at the same time — but ordering them separately costs you freight and admin on every shipment. Tell your specialist what you're running low on and they'll consolidate it into one quote and one delivery where the timelines allow.

Planning ahead for large runs

Larger orders carry lower unit pricing but take longer to produce. If you can forecast your usage, telling us early lets us quote a bigger run at better economics and schedule delivery around your storage capacity rather than your urgency.

  • The product and size you ordered previously
  • Your previous order or quote reference, if you have it
  • The quantity you need this time
