Areas We Serve

YaSeen Packaging is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and delivers custom printed packaging to businesses throughout the United States. You can order from anywhere in the country, and you can visit the Minneapolis Showroom & Office during walk-in hours if you want to handle the materials before you commit.

Those are two separate things and this page keeps them separate. Being based in Minneapolis does not mean a local buyer gets a different order, a lower price or a faster build. It means the team working on your order is here, and the showroom is open to you.

How Delivery Cost Is Worked Out

Freight on a custom packaging order is not a flat nationwide rate, because the order itself is not uniform. A pallet of double-wall hot cups weighs and occupies far more than the same unit count of paper napkins, and both travel differently to Portland than to Duluth. Rather than publish a rate that would be wrong for most buyers, the figure is quoted to your delivery ZIP and shown with your pricing before you approve anything.

What actually changes the number

  • The destination. Freight is quoted to the delivery ZIP code, so the address is the single biggest factor rather than a regional average.
  • The weight and cube of the order. Cups, containers and glass occupy far more space per unit than napkins, cutlery or flat pouches.
  • The quantity. Larger runs ship more efficiently per unit, which is part of why volume pricing exists on custom orders.
  • The number of delivery points. One dock is one shipment; five locations is five, and that is planned into the quote rather than added later.
  • Whether the delivery site can receive a pallet or needs the order broken down further.

Production time and transit time are separate things, and a production window is not a delivery date. Shipping and production explains both in detail, including what happens between the manufacturing run and the freight booking.

Before You Request Freight

Have your delivery ZIP ready
It is the one piece of information that makes a freight figure meaningful rather than an estimate.
Tell us the receiving situation
A loading dock, a storefront with a curb, a shared building, or a site with limited delivery windows all affect how the order is packed and booked.
Say if several sites are involved
Multi-location orders are planned as one project, so telling us at the quote stage keeps it coordinated instead of becoming five separate shipments arranged later.
Ask about scheduling if you need it
Storage and staged release are confirmed per project rather than offered as a standing program. Logistics covers it.

What Nationwide Coverage Does Not Include

A coverage page invites a buyer to assume things the business has not actually promised. Rather than leave those assumptions to inference, here is what is not offered and not claimed.

No local presence outside Minneapolis

There is one office, in Minneapolis. No other state has a YaSeen Packaging office, showroom, warehouse, employee or local phone number, and nothing on this site should be read as implying otherwise.

No local pickup or local delivery terms

No service radius, delivery schedule or free-delivery threshold is published, because none has been set. Local pickup and local delivery are neither promised nor ruled out; the terms are confirmed with your quote.

No same-day or expedited production

Every order is custom manufactured after artwork approval, so there is no same-day option and no shortened lead time for buyers in the metro. Your specialist confirms the schedule for your specific order.

No local-only pricing

Being based in Minneapolis does not produce a discounted rate for Minneapolis businesses, and we are not going to imply one. Pricing reflects the product, quantity and specification you order, wherever you are.

Because none of those four things is offered, this site does not publish a list of the cities and states it "serves." A page of place names with the same paragraph repeated underneath is not useful to a buyer, and it would misrepresent a nationwide shipping capability as a network of local branches. If you want to know whether an order can reach you and what it costs, the answer is yes with freight quoted to your ZIP, and the quote form is the fastest way to get the figure.

Who We Supply, Nationwide

The packaging decisions below differ by business type, not by region. Each industry page covers what that kind of buyer usually orders and why.

Ordering for Several Locations

A franchise group, a small chain or a business opening a second site orders differently from a single shop, and the difference is not about geography. It is about whether one packaging specification is meant to hold across every location, and whether the deliveries need to arrive together or on a schedule.

One Specification, Several Sites

The artwork, size and material are approved once and used across every location, so a customer sees the same packaging wherever they visit. This is the main reason groups consolidate with one supplier rather than buying per store.

Delivery Planned Per Site

Each delivery point is quoted as its own destination, because freight to one ZIP code says nothing about another. Tell us every site at the quote stage and they are planned as one project.

Reorders Stay Consistent

Approved artwork and specification stay on file, so reordering for an existing site does not re-open a design question or risk a version drift between locations.

Programme-scale ordering, recurring usage and volume pricing are covered in full on the wholesale and bulk orders page. If you are planning packaging across several sites, raise it when you request the quote rather than per location, so the specification and the delivery schedule are settled once.

Coverage Questions

What buyers ask about ordering from outside Minnesota, and what visiting the showroom involves.

Production and shipping in detail

Do you have an office or warehouse in my state?

No. YaSeen Packaging has one verified location, the Minneapolis Showroom & Office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Orders are manufactured to your specification and shipped to your delivery address from there, so a business in another state is served through the same process as a business in the Twin Cities.

Is the process different if I am not in Minnesota?

No. You choose the product, submit your artwork and specifications, receive a free digital mockup, approve the design and pricing, and the finished order is delivered to your address. The only thing that changes is the freight, which is quoted to your delivery ZIP code rather than being a flat nationwide term.

Can I visit the Minneapolis Showroom & Office?

Yes, and customers are welcome to. The office is open to walk-ins Monday-Friday, 10 AM-8 PM, and physical packaging samples are kept there so you can handle the materials before committing to an order. The Minneapolis page covers the address, hours and directions to the showroom in full.

Do you charge less, or deliver faster, if I am in Minneapolis?

No local pricing or shortened production time is offered, and we are not going to imply one exists. Being based in Minneapolis means the team working on your order is here and the showroom is open to you. It does not change the manufacturing process or introduce a local rate.

How is delivery cost calculated for my area?

Freight is quoted to your delivery ZIP code, so it reflects the actual destination rather than a published nationwide rate. The figure is confirmed with your quote before you approve anything, and it is itemized so you can see what you are paying for.

Can you store my order and ship it in stages?

Storage and staged release are confirmed per project rather than offered as a standing program, and the logistics page explains what is involved. If you are ordering for several locations or need to schedule deliveries across a period, say so when you request the quote so it is planned into the order rather than arranged afterwards.

Which products can you deliver to my business?

The full catalogue. Cups and drinkware, bags and bakery packaging, pouches and retail food packaging, foodservice containers and bottles and jars are all custom manufactured and all delivered nationwide. The product families section below routes to each one.

Why is there no freight rate table on this site?

Because a single published rate would be wrong for most orders. Freight depends on the destination ZIP, the weight and cube of what you ordered, the quantity and the number of delivery points, so a table that ignored those would mislead more than it helps. The figure is quoted to your address and shown with your pricing before you approve anything.

Can you deliver one order to several locations?

Yes, and it is worth raising at the quote stage rather than afterwards. Each delivery point is quoted as its own destination, so a group running several sites is planned as one project with several shipments rather than as separate orders placed later. The wholesale and bulk orders page covers programme-scale ordering in more detail.

Do you offer a multi-location or franchise discount?

No separate multi-location discount is published, and we are not going to imply one exists. Volume pricing applies to the quantity you order, which is explained on the wholesale page. What consolidating does give you is one approved specification across every site and one supplier to coordinate, which is usually the reason groups make the change.
