Our Work

Custom Packaging We've Supplied

Completed custom packaging projects supplied and coordinated by YaSeen Packaging for businesses across the country. YaSeen Packaging sources custom packaging directly from packaging manufacturers and manages the specification, artwork, quantities and delivery on your behalf.

How a project runs

Every order follows the same six steps in the same order, from choosing a format through to delivery. Here is what happens at each one and what you are asked to provide.

The six steps

Every project follows this order. Most buyers stop reading after the third step on their first visit, which is fine; the later steps are for the people shipping the order.

  1. 1

    Step 1 of 6

    Choose your packaging

Start with a product family or industry. The five families cover cups, bags, pouches, foodservice, and bottles and jars. The 16 industry pages show what a particular kind of business usually orders.

If you know the format you want, the product page lists sizes, styles and compatible accessories. If you do not, the search and the guided finder on the homepage take you there by what you sell and what you need to pack.

  2. 2

    Step 2 of 6

    Send us your specifications

Sizes, quantities, materials, colours, lid choices, any deadlines or delivery windows. The request a quote form collects the basics once and a specialist fills in the rest with you by email.

The configurator on every product page is the shortcut: pick your options, see a working estimate, and send the configuration through as your inquiry.

  3. 3

    Step 3 of 6

    Receive a free digital mockup

A specialist prepares a digital mockup showing how your artwork sits on the packaging you selected. Vector artwork gives the cleanest result; a logo alone is enough for us to lay out the rest.

The mockup is the moment you see exactly what you are buying before anything is manufactured. Nothing in production moves until the mockup is approved.

  4. 4

    Step 4 of 6

    Approve design and pricing

Pricing is confirmed against your exact specification: the size, the material, the print coverage, and the quantity. Volume pricing improves as the run grows; very large orders return a custom quote.

You approve the mockup and the price together. Manufacturing begins after approval and payment are in place, not before.

  5. 5

    Step 5 of 6

    Manufacturing begins

YaSeen Packaging does not hold most products in stock. Every order is manufactured after approval and payment, which is why specifications, minimums, and timelines are confirmed with your quote rather than published up front.

Production timing depends on what you ordered and how much. A specialist confirms the estimated completion window for your build before production starts and keeps you posted through the run.

    Delivered nationwide

Completed orders ship to your delivery address. Custom cases are bulky and freight scales with pallet count, so the shipping cost is quoted against your zip rather than estimated up front.

Approved artwork, sizes and quantities stay on file, so reordering is a replenishment rather than a new project.

Our Work

Packaging we have designed and supplied

Digital design samples of packaging we can produce, and photographs of real printed packaging we have supplied. Each item is labelled with the product it belongs to and whether it is a rendering or a photograph.

These are digital design examples. Each one is a rendering of sample artwork placed on a real packaging format, so you can see how a layout sits on the product. They are not photographs of completed customer orders, and no customer project is implied by them.

What we will not claim

YaSeen Packaging does not publish customer testimonials, case studies, ratings, awards, certifications, or third-party review scores unless they are independently verified. We will not dress up sample artwork as customer projects, name a business we have not worked with, or quote a review we did not receive. The minimum order quantity, lead time, price per unit, and any sustainability certification for your build are confirmed with your quote, not claimed in advance.

What every project gets

The same five artefacts, regardless of what you ordered or how much. These are not perks; they are the work that turns a quote into a shipment.

  • A written quote

Pricing confirmed against your exact specification, including what the price covers and what it does not.

  • A free digital mockup

How your artwork sits on the packaging you selected. Nothing in production moves until you approve it.

  • Production confirmation

Estimated completion window for your build, confirmed before manufacturing begins.

  • Status updates through the run

A specialist stays reachable while your order is in production.

  • Freight quoted against your zip

Custom cases are bulky; the shipping cost is real, not estimated.

  • Reorder kept on file

Approved artwork, sizes and quantities survive into the next order without a new project.

What we publish, and what we do not

Every photograph in the gallery above is real packaging printed with a design approved by the business it was made for. We publish a photo only when all of the following are true:

  • The packaging shown is work we supplied or coordinated — never a supplier's catalogue photo passed off as ours.
  • The business named on the cup has agreed to be identified publicly.
  • The build, material and finish we describe match the job, not what a similar product usually is.
  • Any technical detail we state has been confirmed, rather than read off the picture.
  • What we write describes the packaging itself, without invented results, timelines or customer testimonials.

That is why some of the work we have photographed is not shown here: the photograph exists, but one of the conditions above is not yet met. If you would like to see examples for a specific product, email info@yaseenpackaging.com and we will send ones we are able to share.
