Privacy Policy

This policy applies to information collected through the YaSeen Packaging website, our quote and contact forms, and our order process. YaSeen Packaging is operated by YaSeen WholeSale.

It does not apply to information you provide directly to a payment processor or a freight carrier, which is governed by their own policies.

We collect the information you give us when you fill in a form on this site. In practice that is:

• Contact details — your name, business name, email address and phone number.
• Order requirements — the product, size, quantity, colours, lid or accessory choice, printing requirements, delivery ZIP code and desired delivery date you specify.
• Artwork and files — any logo or artwork file you choose to send us, together with your written instructions about it.
• Your correspondence — the contents of your message or special instructions.
• Order history — what you have ordered from us before, if you have.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, health information, or dates of birth. Please do not send those to us.

We use the information you provide to:

• Prepare and send your quote and digital mockup.
• Confirm specifications, quantities, artwork and delivery arrangements before production begins.
• Process your order and arrange delivery to your address.
• Respond to your questions and provide support.
• Keep a record of your order so a repeat order can be produced to the same specification.
• Meet our own accounting and tax obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build advertising profiles.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only where it is necessary to fulfil your order:

• Our payment processor — to take payment and issue receipts.
• Freight and delivery carriers — the name, delivery address and contact details needed to deliver your order.
• Our form and website service providers — who store the submissions you send through this site on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Note for the owner: this paragraph is accurate only while no analytics or advertising tool is installed. Adding one requires this section to be rewritten and, depending on where your customers are, a cookie consent banner added.

We keep your quote request and order information for as long as needed to serve you, to honour a repeat order, and to meet our accounting and tax record-keeping obligations. Artwork files you send us are kept so your future orders can be produced to the same specification.

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. Email info@yaseenpackaging.com and we will respond.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so except where we are required to keep it — for example, an invoice we must retain for tax purposes, or records relevant to an active dispute.

You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time. Note that we may still contact you about an order you have placed with us.

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to customer submissions is limited to the YaSeen Packaging team who need it to quote and fulfil orders. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never hold card data.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not claim this website is immune to attack, and we cannot promise that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted. If you would rather not send something through a web form, contact us by phone and we will take the details another way.

This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and our forms are not directed at them.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top. Where a change materially affects an order already in progress, we will contact you about it.
