Delivery
Shipping Policy
Custom packaging is manufactured for your order and delivered nationwide. This page explains where we deliver, what our published prices include, and how freight is handled for destinations our standard delivery does not cover.
Last updated October 2026 (draft)
Draft for owner review. This page has not been legally reviewed or approved for publication. Items marked “Owner decision required” are commercial choices that must be made before the text is final.
The short version
Contiguous United States (the lower 48): standard delivery is included in the published price.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: we deliver, but the price you see does not include that delivery. We confirm the delivered total with your quote.
International: contact us and we will confirm whether we can serve your destination and what delivery and duties apply.
1.What our prices include
Our published prices for custom cups and drinkware are a single delivered figure. That figure includes the product, your custom printing, and standard delivery to an address in the contiguous 48 United States. At checkout you are not asked to add postage, because it is already inside the total shown.
Because delivery is already included, our production and shipping page describes the offer as free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. It is deliberately not described as nationwide, because it is not.
Note for the owner: this section is accurate for the Cups family, which is the only family whose prices are approved as landed figures. The other four families have approved prices but freight inclusion is unconfirmed — see ~/lib/shippingPolicy.
2.Where we deliver
We serve businesses throughout the United States and can quote deliveries further afield. Here is how each destination works:
| Destination | How delivery is charged |
|---|---|
| Contiguous 48 states | Included in the published price. No postage added at checkout. |
| Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories | Product price is unchanged. Delivery is charged separately and confirmed with your quote before you pay. |
| Canada and international | Charged separately, along with any duties or import charges that apply at your destination. Confirmed with your quote. |
3.Why some destinations need a quote
Our published price assumes standard freight into the contiguous 48 states. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. territory — and any international destination — costs materially more than that figure contains, and it varies by weight, volume and access at the delivery address.
Rather than add a guessed surcharge at checkout, we confirm the real delivered total with you before you pay. Your product price does not change; what is added is the actual cost of getting the order to your door.
The same applies to shipments needing services our standard basis does not buy — expedited or guaranteed-date delivery, a liftgate, a residential appointment, inside delivery, or an order released in scheduled batches. Tell us what you need and we will price it against your date and address.
4.Production and delivery estimates
Your order is manufactured after you approve the artwork and the specification, so delivery follows a production run. Two separate clocks are involved, and it is worth keeping them apart because they start at different moments:
| Stage | Estimate |
|---|---|
| Production | 10–15 business days, counted from final artwork and order approval. Some orders finish sooner; complex or high-volume runs may take longer. |
| Standard shipping | Typically 3–4 weeks after dispatch. |
| Total | Approximately 5–7 weeks after final artwork approval. The two stages add together, and depend on artwork approval, production scheduling and your destination. |
Production does not begin at payment alone. It begins once your artwork is approved, because that is the point at which the specification is fixed and nothing further is needed from you.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Artwork approval, production scheduling and your destination can all affect the actual date.
How these figures are scoped
These estimates are confirmed for cups and drinkware. Other product families have their own production characteristics — glass, for example, behaves very differently — so their timelines are confirmed with your quote rather than assumed from these.
The same figures appear on the cup product pages. They are read from a single source, so the page and this policy cannot disagree.
5.When your order becomes your responsibility
Once your order is delivered to the address you gave us and signed for or left as arranged with the carrier, risk in the goods passes to you. Please check the delivery carefully and tell us promptly if anything is wrong.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will raise it with the carrier and help you resolve it. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for how we handle a damaged delivery.
6.Getting the address right
Please give us the full delivery address, including any suite, dock, or receiving instructions, and tell us if the destination has restrictions such as limited access, a required appointment, or no loading dock. These details affect what delivery actually costs and whether a standard vehicle can make it.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address or access details were incomplete, the cost of a redelivery or a return may apply. We will tell you before incurring any such charge.
7.Large and repeat orders
Large runs and multi-destination shipments are handled as a freight plan rather than at a single delivered price. If you need a programme with scheduled releases, storage between batches, or delivery to several locations, tell us and we will build the plan into your quote.
For repeat orders, storing your specification means the next run can be produced to the same standard. Reorder arrangements and any delivery schedule are confirmed with your specialist.
8.Where online checkout is available
Where a configuration is sold online, the checkout is set up for delivery within the contiguous United States at the published delivered price. If your destination is outside that area, request a quote instead and we will confirm the delivered total for your address before you pay.
This protects you as much as us: paying a contiguous-U.S. delivered price and then discovering a freight surcharge would be a worse experience than being quoted correctly the first time.
Where online checkout is available
Checkout is restricted to United States delivery addresses, which our payment provider enforces.
Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories
Checkout is restricted to United States delivery addresses, which Stripe enforces. However, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories are valid United States addresses, and the platform cannot exclude them at checkout. Customers in those locations are therefore asked to request a quote before ordering rather than being technically prevented from checking out.
We do not apply additional freight charges after payment without your express agreement.
