Wholesale & Tax-Exempt Orders

YaSeen Packaging supplies custom-printed packaging to businesses at wholesale quantities. This page explains which configurations can be ordered online, which are quoted by a specialist, and how eligible businesses arrange a tax exemption.

Last updated October 2026 (draft)

Draft for owner review. This page has not been legally reviewed or approved for publication. Items marked “Owner decision required” are commercial choices that must be made before the text is final.

The two ways to order

Online checkout is available for configurations with owner-approved pricing — a defined product, size, quantity and lid option. You pay and the order enters review.

Everything else is quoted — custom sizes, quantities we have not published a price for, multi-product projects, non-standard print coverage and freight arrangements. A specialist prices it against your specification.

1.What wholesale means here

Every product we make is custom-manufactured for your business. There is no stocked inventory: we print your artwork onto the product in the sizes, quantities and specifications you approve, and the run is produced for you.

That is why our pricing is quoted by volume rather than listed as a single unit price. Larger runs reduce the cost per unit, and the quantity tiers on a product page are the published schedule for that product.

2.What can be ordered online

Online checkout applies to configurations we have priced and published. On a product page, the options that can be bought online resolve to a price; options outside that set are marked as quoted rather than sold, and the page routes you to a quote instead of offering a payment button.

The rule behind it is simple: we only sell online at a price we have approved for that exact configuration. You will never be charged an estimate, and you will not be charged at a published price for a specification that published price does not cover.

3.What requires a quote

  • Sizes, quantities or print coverage that have no published price.
  • Multi-product or mixed projects, where several items ship together.
  • Volume orders at the largest quantities, where freight and capacity need reviewing before a price is firm.
  • Non-standard freight: expedited or guaranteed-date delivery, liftgate, residential appointment, inside delivery, or scheduled releases from our warehouse.
  • Deliveries outside the contiguous United States — see our Shipping Policy.

A quote is not a commitment to buy. Tell us what you need and we will price it; the decision to proceed is yours.

4.Tax-exempt purchasing

Eligible businesses — typically those holding a valid resale or exemption certificate in a jurisdiction where their purchases qualify — can arrange for tax not to be applied to their orders.

Raise it with the team before you order

Exemption is arranged through our team, not through checkout. Email info@yaseenpackaging.com or call 866-838-1201 before you place the order, and we will tell you what documentation we need and set it up on your account.

Tax-exempt wholesale customers should contact us before placing an order and provide valid exemption documentation for review. Once approved and on file, the exemption applies to your subsequent orders.

We review the documentation against the destination and the products on your order, because whether an exemption applies depends on both.

Online checkout does not remove tax automatically, and no tax identification number entered at checkout changes the amount charged. If you need an exemption, arrange it with us first rather than paying and requesting a refund afterwards — a refund after payment creates extra work for you and a tax record that has to be corrected.

5.Sales tax at checkout

Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout where tax calculation is properly configured and required, based on your delivery address and the products ordered.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown on the secure checkout page before you pay. We do not state a rate in advance, because the applicable rate depends on where the order is delivered.

Note for the owner: this page states no tax rate and does not claim collection is active. Once you confirm Stripe Tax is collecting, `TAX_CURRENT_STATE` in ~/lib/customerPolicy is the one line to update, and every page using it changes together.

6.Minimum order quantities

Minimum order quantity depends on the product, the material, the printing and the production method, so it is confirmed with your quote rather than published as a single sitewide number. The quantity tiers shown on a product page are the quantities that product is priced at.

If you are working to a budget or a storage constraint, tell us — it affects what we recommend as much as what you can afford.

7.Repeat and scheduled orders

Your approved specification and artwork stay on file, so a repeat order is a matter of telling us the quantity and any changes rather than starting again. For businesses with predictable demand, we can hold stock and release it in scheduled batches — raise it with your specialist and we will build it into your quote.
