Custom Glass Bottles

Beverages, sauces, oils, and retail lines in your bottle silhouette

Starting around$0.650/eaConfigure for your price

A glass bottle does two jobs at once: it protects what is inside, and it tells a customer what the product is worth before they ever taste it. That second job is why cold-brew, kombucha, small-batch spirits, oils, and dressings almost all ship in glass — the material signals craft in a way no film pouch can. Custom glass bottles suit beverage producers, kombucha and cold-brew brands, oil and vinegar makers, distillers and spirit brands, and any premium retail line that needs shelf presence.

The choices that matter most for a bottle are the ones customers never think about: the silhouette, the closure, and whether it pours cleanly for what you fill it with. YaSeen Packaging confirms all three against your product before anything is printed, then builds the artwork to the bottle's actual printable area. Choose your capacity, style, and glass colour, send print-ready artwork or just your logo, and we'll return a free digital mockup for approval. Volume pricing improves on larger runs, with nationwide delivery on completed orders.

About Custom Glass Bottles

Glass bottles are the packaging format most retail buyers associate with premium quality. The weight, the clarity, the way the product catches light on a shelf — all of it is part of how the customer perceives what's inside. YaSeen prints your brand on the bottle rather than just on a stock container, so every bottle you ship carries your identity.

Glass is fully recyclable and widely accepted in curbside recycling programs, which is one reason it's chosen by beverage brands, condiment makers, and artisan producers. It is also non-reactive, so it does not affect the flavour of what is stored inside — a property food and beverage businesses care about.

Because these bottles are custom manufactured after you approve the design, you're not limited to whatever a supplier already has on the shelf. Tell us the capacity, silhouette, colour, and closure that fit your product, and we'll confirm what is available for your run.

Capacities & Styles

YaSeen offers a range of glass bottle silhouettes — Boston round, woozy, decanter, and flask, with capacity bands from small format (under 8 oz) up to 32 oz. Exact availability depends on your selected style and order quantity, so your specialist confirms the open configurations with your quote.

Woozy / SaucePour-controlled sauces5 oz – 16 oz
DecanterPremium oils, beverages12 oz – 25 oz
FlaskSpirits, premium drinks12 oz – 25 oz

Glass Colour Options

Glass colour is more than a style choice — it protects the product. Amber glass filters UV light, which is why it's commonly used for light-sensitive products like oils, kombucha, and certain herbal extracts. Clear glass shows the product inside and is the most common choice for retail lines.

  • Clear glass — most common, shows the product
  • Amber glass — UV-protective for light-sensitive products
  • Frosted — matte premium finish for shelf presence
  • Other colours — confirmed with your quote

Closures

Closures are matched to your specific bottle and product, not assumed from a nominal size. A closure that fits one Boston round does not necessarily fit another, which is why we confirm compatibility before manufacturing rather than after.

  • Metal screw cap — common, with tamper-evident options
  • Plastic screw cap — lower cost, multiple colour options
  • Cork — premium finish for oils and beverages
  • Pump / dispenser — for liquid products and condiments
  • Bottles only — if you already hold compatible closures

Labels & Decoration

Glass bottles typically carry a printed label rather than direct printing on the glass. YaSeen supplies custom labels — paper, film, or other substrates — printed in your brand colours and die-cut to your shape. You can self-apply the labels on your line, or include application as part of the order.

If you need labels rather than bottles alone, the Food Labels page shows what's available. Labels and bottles from one supplier keep your brand colours consistent across both.

How Bottle Selection Works

A glass bottle project runs through four decisions, and getting them in the right order is what keeps a project from stalling. Silhouette comes first, because it sets the printable area, the shelf footprint, and how the bottle reads in a hand. Capacity follows — it has to hold your actual fill volume with the headspace your product requires, and a bottle that looks right but is 5% short of your fill is not usable.

Closure and neck finish come third, and this is where most of the practical risk sits. A neck finish is the dimensional standard at the bottle's mouth, and a closure that fits one 16 oz Boston round does not necessarily fit another manufacturer's. We confirm the closure against your specific bottle rather than assuming from a nominal size, because an incompatible pairing is discovered at the filling line.

Decoration comes last, because the artwork has to be built for the printable area the bottle actually has. For glass, decoration usually means a printed label applied to the body or neck rather than direct printing on the glass. Once silhouette, capacity, and closure are fixed, the label dimensions and print placement are known, and the artwork can be laid out once instead of redrawn after a specification changes.

  • Silhouette first — it sets printable area and shelf presence.
  • Capacity second — matched to your actual fill volume.
  • Closure and neck finish third — compatibility confirmed, not assumed.
  • Decoration last — artwork built to the printable area you have.

Compliance & Product Claims

Glass is non-reactive and does not affect the flavour of what is stored in it, which is one of the reasons beverage, oil, and condiment producers choose it. Glass is also fully recyclable and widely accepted in curbside programs.

We do not make broader claims than the specification supports. Food-contact suitability, tamper-evidence, hot-fill or pasteurisation suitability, and barrier performance for a specific product all depend on the exact bottle, closure, and liner specified — so they are confirmed against your product rather than stated generally here. Tell us what you are filling, at what temperature, and how it is stored, and we will confirm what the configuration supports.

Where you need a specific characteristic — a tamper-evident closure, a particular headspace for a hot-fill process, or a liner compatible with an acidic or oily product — say so in your project notes and it becomes part of what we confirm with your quote.

Artwork & Label Requirements

Glass bottles are typically decorated with a printed label rather than direct printing on the glass, so the artwork requirements are largely label requirements. Vector artwork gives the cleanest result because the file scales to the die line without losing edge quality, and it lets us adjust the layout when a label wraps a curved surface.

  • Preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF — vector formats.
  • Acceptable: PNG or JPG at high resolution.
  • If you only have your logo, we can prepare the label layout for you.
  • Labels wrapping a curve read narrower than a flat layout — we account for this in review.
  • A colour reference — hex code, Pantone number, or a physical sample — helps us match accurately.

How Pricing Works

Glass bottle pricing depends on the capacity, the bottle style, the glass colour, the closure, the label or decoration, and the order quantity. Larger runs lower the cost per bottle, so we quote across volume tiers rather than a single flat price.

Because each order is manufactured to your specification, the final price is confirmed after we have your complete configuration. Submit the configurator above and a specialist will return pricing for your exact combination, including what the price covers — bottles, closures, labels, freight, and artwork setup.

Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantity depends on the bottle style, the capacity, the glass colour, and the closure, and is confirmed with your quote. A standard silhouette in a common capacity generally starts lower than a fully custom shape, because a custom mould commits tooling that a standard bottle does not.

Tell us your target quantity in the configurator and we will confirm the actual minimum for your build.

Production & Delivery

Glass bottles are custom manufactured after you approve the design and pricing — they are not pulled from stock. The sequence is: configure your specifications, receive a free digital mockup, approve the design and pricing, manufacturing begins, then the completed order is delivered nationwide.

Production schedules and freight timelines depend on the product, quantity, and your delivery location, so they are confirmed as part of your quote rather than estimated here.

Reordering

Beverage, sauce, and oil producers reorder on a production cycle rather than a retail one, and the bottle is the item that has to match exactly when they do. Because your silhouette, capacity, glass colour, closure, and approved label artwork are recorded against your order, reordering is a matter of confirming your previous configuration and quantity. Tell a specialist you are reordering and reference your previous project.

Why Brands Print Their Bottles

A glass bottle is a long-lived object. Unlike a cup or a bag, it often stays in a customer's kitchen for weeks or months, gets refilled, or sits on a shelf as a display piece. That extends the brand impression well past the purchase in a way few other packaging formats can, and it makes the bottle one of the most cost-effective branded items a premium food or beverage producer owns.

There is also a retail argument. A bottled product is judged on the shelf at arm's length, before any information on the label is read. A consistent bottle silhouette, a matched closure, and a label in your brand colours is what makes a line of products read as a family rather than as unrelated items — which matters most to a producer adding a second or third SKU.

Production Time and Shipping Time Are Different

Production time is the time required to manufacture your packaging. Transit time is the time required to transport it to you. These are separate — a production window is not a delivery date, and every project's timeline is confirmed with your final quote.

Express

Best when speed matters most. Faster transportation may be available depending on the product, quantity, manufacturing location, shipment size, destination and carrier availability. Express transportation can cost significantly more than standard, and an exact transit time is confirmed with your freight quote.

Standard

Best when you want a balance between delivery cost and transit time. Standard freight is generally the more economical option when your schedule allows additional flexibility. Actual transit time and freight cost are confirmed with your final quote.

Large-volume freight

Larger orders are not handled as ordinary parcel shipments. Depending on size and destination this may involve palletized freight, LTL, air, ocean, partial-container (LCL) or full-container (FCL) arrangements. YaSeen determines the appropriate method for your actual project and quotes it accordingly.

If you are unsure, our team will recommend the option that best fits your deadline, quantity and destination once your project has been reviewed.
