The closure style decides how the box behaves through a service. A hinged lid folds from the same piece as the base and tucks closed, which makes it the fastest to assemble during a rush. Kraft is the default, but the board grade is what determines strength and print quality. Heavier board holds its shape better under stacked orders; smoother board holds finer print detail.
