About Custom Burger Boxes
A burger box is a folding carton built around a specific problem: a stacked, wet, warm, structurally fragile product that has to arrive looking like it did when it left the kitchen. The box holds the burger upright, keeps the bun from compressing, and gives the whole build a defined footprint so it travels predictably in a delivery bag.
The clamshell is the most common construction. It is cut and scored as one piece, folds into a base and a hinged lid, and self-locks closed — which makes it fast to assemble during a rush and cheap to store flat. Separate-lid boxes and folding cartons are also used, particularly where a taller build or a specific opening experience matters.

The board choice balances print quality against strength. Smoother board holds finer print detail; heavier board holds its shape better under a loaded burger and a stack of other boxes.

Printing & Brand Coverage
Top-only coverage puts your artwork where the customer looks first when they open the box, and is the most economical choice. Top and bottom gives you a surface that faces outward in the bag and on the counter. Inside print puts branding on the underside of the lid, so the message appears at the moment of opening.
Bold marks and larger type reproduce best on a burger box lid. Fine linework and small text can fill in, particularly on kraft and corrugated stock. We review your artwork before production and will flag anything that may not hold.

Artwork Requirements
Vector artwork gives the cleanest result, because the file scales to the box panel without losing edge quality.
- Preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF — vector formats.
- Acceptable: PNG or JPG at high resolution.

- A color reference — hex code, Pantone number, or a physical sample — helps us match accurately.
Production & Delivery

Large-volume freight
