Custom Paper Bowls

Printed bowls for salads, grain bowls, and takeout

Starting around$0.260/eaConfigure for your price

Paper bowls are wide-format round containers used for salads, grain bowls, poke, rice dishes, noodle bowls, and larger takeout portions. The wider opening is the point: it lets a composed dish be assembled and presented rather than piled, which is why these containers show up wherever the visual arrangement of the food is part of what is being sold. Restaurants, poke and grain-bowl shops, caterers, and delivery-focused kitchens rely on them for exactly that reason.

YaSeen Packaging configures bowls and their lids as a matched pair, so the closure fits the bowl you ordered rather than being sourced separately and hoped for. Choose the size, material, lid style, and print coverage, with estimated pricing shown as you build the specification. Send print-ready artwork or just your logo and we'll prepare a free digital mockup of the printed bowl. Volume pricing improves across case quantities, and completed orders are delivered nationwide.

About Custom Paper Bowls

A paper bowl is a wide, round container with a printed wall and a rolled rim, made to hold dishes that need surface area rather than depth. Salads, grain bowls, poke, and composed rice dishes all present better in a wide format — the ingredients can be arranged, and the customer sees the dish the way the kitchen intended it.

That presentation angle is why bowls are popular with the fast-casual end of food service. A bowl on a counter or in a delivery photo shows colour, texture, and portion in a way a closed box or a narrow cup does not, and the printed wall around it frames the whole thing.

The wall is also a large, mostly uninterrupted print surface. Bowls take full-wrap artwork well, and because they are handled by the rim rather than the sides, the print stays clean through service.

Choosing a Bowl Construction

What is going in the bowl determines what it should be made from. Options are confirmed for your specific product and quantity with your quote.

  • Standard paper — dry and lightly dressed dishes.
  • Coated paper — dressings, sauces, and moisture-heavy dishes.
  • Insulated — hot bowls, rice dishes, and noodle service.
  • Lined — added barrier for oily or highly acidic foods.
  • Plant fiber — a molded alternative for takeout and delivery.

Lids for Delivery

A bowl lid has to do two jobs at once: hold a wide opening closed, and survive being stacked and carried. Lid fit is confirmed as a matched set with the bowl rather than assumed from a nominal size, because a bowl and lid from different sources can share a size label and still not seat properly.

If a large share of your orders are delivered, mention it in your project notes — it affects both the lid recommendation and how the bowls are case-packed.

Printing & Brand Coverage

The bowl wall takes full-wrap artwork cleanly, and the wide rim gives you a natural edge for a repeated or bordered treatment.

  • Full wrap — artwork continues around the entire bowl wall.
  • One-side or two-side — a single logo or a repeated mark.
  • Brand color matching — color-matched bowls with or without a logo.
  • Printed lids — carry the brand onto the closed container as well.

How Pricing Works

Custom packaging is quoted per project rather than sold at a list price, because the cost depends on the material, the size, how much print coverage your artwork uses, any additional features, and the quantity you run.

Larger runs lower the cost per unit, which is why we quote across volume tiers instead of a single flat figure. Submit your configuration and a specialist returns pricing for your exact combination, including what the price covers — product, printing, accessories, freight, and artwork setup.

Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantity varies by product and specification, and is confirmed with your quote. It depends on the material, the size, and the print setup your artwork requires — a run that shares a plate or a die can start smaller than one that does not.

Tell us your target quantity in the configurator and we will confirm the actual minimum for your build.

Artwork Requirements

For the cleanest print result, supply vector artwork. Vector files scale to any size without losing edge quality, which matters when the same logo prints across a range of products in your line.

  • Preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF — vector formats.
  • Acceptable: PNG or JPG at high resolution.
  • If you only have your logo, we can prepare the packaging layout for you.
  • A color reference — hex code, Pantone number, or a physical sample — helps us match accurately.

Production & Delivery

This product is custom manufactured after you approve the design and pricing — it is not pulled from stock. The sequence is: configure your specifications, receive a free digital mockup, approve the design and pricing, manufacturing begins, then the completed order is delivered nationwide.

Production timing and freight depend on the product, quantity, and your delivery location, so they are confirmed as part of your quote rather than estimated here.

Reordering

Because your specifications and approved artwork are recorded against your order, reordering is a matter of confirming your previous configuration and quantity — you do not need to rebuild the specification from scratch. Tell a specialist you are reordering and reference your previous project.

Who Orders Custom Paper Bowls

These are the businesses that most often order this packaging. We manufacture to your specifications regardless of your size.

Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes of paper bowls are available?+
12 oz through 48 oz are the sizes we manufacture most often, and other sizes can be requested. Tell us your portion size and we will confirm availability with your quote.
Can these hold saucy or dressed dishes?+
Yes, with the right construction. Coated and lined options add resistance to dressings, sauces, and oily foods. Tell us what you are serving and we will recommend the right build.
Do the bowls come with lids?+
Matched lids are available and are manufactured as a set with the bowl so the fit is confirmed. They are recommended for delivery and grab-and-go service.
Are these bowls suitable for hot food?+
Insulated constructions are available for hot dishes. Tell us whether your bowls are used for hot, cold, or both, and we will match the specification.
Can I print my logo?+
Yes. Logo printing, brand color matching, and one-side, two-side, or full-wrap coverage are available, with a digital mockup before production.
What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ depends on size and printing, and is confirmed with your quote. We do not publish an unverified minimum.
How much do custom paper bowls cost?+
Pricing depends on size, construction, print coverage, and quantity, so we quote across volume tiers. Submit your configuration for pricing on your exact combination.
Do you ship nationwide?+
Yes — completed orders are delivered to businesses across the United States, with freight calculated as part of your quote.
Can I order bowls with my other takeout packaging?+
Yes. Bowls are commonly ordered alongside clamshells, soup containers, carryout bags, and napkins so one delivery covers the whole menu.
What file format should my logo be in?+
Vector files are best — AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG also works, and if you only have a logo file we can prepare the layout for you.

Production Time and Shipping Time Are Different

Production time is the time required to manufacture your packaging. Transit time is the time required to transport it to you. These are separate — a production window is not a delivery date, and every project's timeline is confirmed with your final quote.

Express

Best when speed matters most. Faster transportation may be available depending on the product, quantity, manufacturing location, shipment size, destination and carrier availability. Express transportation can cost significantly more than standard, and an exact transit time is confirmed with your freight quote.

Standard

Best when you want a balance between delivery cost and transit time. Standard freight is generally the more economical option when your schedule allows additional flexibility. Actual transit time and freight cost are confirmed with your final quote.

Large-volume freight

Larger orders are not handled as ordinary parcel shipments. Depending on size and destination this may involve palletized freight, LTL, air, ocean, partial-container (LCL) or full-container (FCL) arrangements. YaSeen determines the appropriate method for your actual project and quotes it accordingly.

If you are unsure, our team will recommend the option that best fits your deadline, quantity and destination once your project has been reviewed.
